This project involved conducting comprehensive user research on the innovative Rabbit R1 AI assistant. The research process included breaking down the product's business model, examining potential risks, and engaging in direct conversations with potential customers.
To gather diverse insights, I leveraged the Rabbit discord community, recruiting numerous volunteers to participate in the study. The project aimed to provide valuable market research findings and identify areas for product improvement. Through this user-centric approach, I was able to collect meaningful data on user expectations, preferences, and potential pain points related to the R1 device. This research ultimately led to discovering six ways to enhance the pioneering AI assistant.
